Water Supply Enactment (F. M. S. Cap 203) as extended to apply to the settlements by virtue of the Water supply (Extension to the settlements and Amendment) ordinance, 1955 and incorporating all amendments and modifications effected under or by virtue of the Transfer of powers ordinance, 1948, and the Water supply (Extension to the Settlemens and Amendent) ordinance, 1955.
